Notifying Myfy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Submitting and managing client referrals.
Accessing training materials and resources.
Tracking commissions and performance metrics.
Prohibited activities include:
Misrepresenting your affiliation with Myfy.
Sharing confidential information without authorization.
Engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.
5. Lead Management Policy
Ownership: All leads submitted through the portal are the exclusive property of Myfy.
Assignment: Leads are assigned based on predefined criteria, and Myfy reserves the right to reassign leads at its discretion.
Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of all lead information and use it solely for purposes authorized by Myfy.
6. Commissions and Payments
Structure: Commission rates are outlined in the Partner Portal and may vary based on product type and region.
Adjustments: Myfy reserves the right to adjust commission rates and structures. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Clawbacks: In cases of client default or refund, commissions may be subject to clawback or offset against future payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Partner Portal, including logos, training materials, and marketing assets, are the intellectual property of Myfy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for purposes related to the Partner Program.
8. Confidentiality
You agree to:
Keep all non-public information obtained through the portal confidential.
Not disclose such information to any third party without Myfy's prior written consent.
Use confidential information solely for purposes authorized by Myfy.
9. Termination
Myfy reserves the right to:
Terminate or suspend your access to the Partner Portal at any time, with or without cause.
Require the return or destruction of all Myfy materials upon termination.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myfy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Partner Portal or violation of these Terms of Use.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use:
The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.
If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
If still unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
12. Modifications to Terms
Myfy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Partner Portal. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
